I work as a consultant for Family Entertainment Centers, focusing on the operational side of the business. My background is in actually running FECs, not just advising from the outside. I’ve led day-to-day operations for high-volume, multi-unit locations and have been responsible for performance across staffing, sales, costs, and guest experience.

Most of my work centers on fixing and upgrading existing systems. That includes tightening labor models, improving scheduling and coverage, cleaning up operational processes, and building consistency across locations. I help teams move away from reactive firefighting and toward repeatable systems that managers can actually run.

I’ve helped reduce controllable costs by identifying inefficiencies, renegotiating vendors, improving labor deployment, and simplifying workflows. On the revenue side, I’ve increased sales through better pricing structures, stronger membership programs, improved upsells, and cleaner execution at the front desk and on the floor.

I also spend a lot of time working directly with managers and leadership teams. That means setting clear expectations, building accountability, and giving them tools and metrics they can actually use. When locations are underperforming, I focus on execution first, not marketing Band-Aids.

At the end of the day, I help FEC owners and operators run cleaner, more profitable businesses. My approach is practical, data-driven, and grounded in what works in real parks with real staff and real guests.
